...coming in 2011.Does the world need another book?
If you read yesterday's entry, you might wonder. And should it be about Richard Feynman? Leland Myrick (artist), First Second (publisher), and I (writer) think so. We hope you do too.

As I recall, Two-Fisted Science was almost all Feynman, but then it was a relatively short book, so there's certainly room for you to do more work about him.
But the Turing book is coming out first, right? You aren't putting that on hold, are you?
Hi Sean,
You're right on both counts: Two-Fisted Science was about 50% Feynman stories, and there is a lot more to tell about his life and work. And though I love the art Bernie, Rob, David, Mark, and Scott did, as you can see above this time the book won't be black and white -- if there was ever a person who lived life in full color, it was Richard Feynman...
As for Turing, yes, I've finished the story (it may need some more work, depending on what my editor says) and it's likely to start appearing before the Feynman book hits the shelves. The plan is to have it serialized on Tor.com, meaning the two may overlap. So it's not on hold!
Oh, man, a book by two of my favorite creators. Sweet (inadvertent Leland Myrick pun)! I got my face as close as I could to the computer screen to get a better look at the art. Tantalizing...
